According to the results of patient observation I have regarded a pattern, in which the material world can be defined in means of structures and processes that refer to each other;
They can't be split from each other as they form a continuum.

A merely easy example is the following:

Thoughts are created by thinking. - This is equivalent to thoughts being a structure and thinking being a process.

They cannot be split from each other, because what is thought without thinking? And what is thinking without thought?
Before we can indulge into this question let's first consider the nature of Recycling-loops.


Preamble


Recycling-loops


Loops are the repeat of an algorithm. Non-nested algorithms have a level 2 complexity, which is marked by the process, the repeat pattern sequence, being fixed and not adaptive.

Loops that loop into themselves create a kind of recursion, say a nestedness. These loops have level 3 and above complexity, and because of the process being flexible, the system becomes adaptive.
This behavior is the primary factor for deep learning mechanisms in AI and I declare this structure-process-complex as recycling-loop.

A common phenomenon of that can be regarded in the behavior of matter and its medium, spacetime.
Physicist John A. Wheeler once put in words:

"Space-time tells matter how to move; matter tells space-time how to curve."

This quote is a rather beautiful explanation of the main principle of the recycling-loop of the structure-process-complex, as it appears to be a kind of closed causality, which is actually just part of the truth, because it is only semi-closed.


Semi-closed loops


A semi-closed loop is a loop that is mainly self-sufficient and mostly appears to be "closed", but because it has "openings", like roots in the superordinated system and branches in the subordinated system, it is not isolated and hence semi-closed.


Recursion principles


Structures are merely a complex of subordinated, "nested" processes.
This complex is a semi-closed loop.
Often these complexes underlie the same principle of nestedness, say, they are also built up by structures that are also subordinated processes.

Hence, a hierarchical view is very helpful in this case as it can help to coordinate through these tangled thoughts.


Structure S with level 1 is S1.
Process P on the same level is P1.
The subordinated process of structure S1 is therefore process P0. (Level of S, which is 1 in this example, minus 1 level)

Hence
Structure Sn consists of process Pn-1, where n = the level of focus.

The four main categories of the material world can be classified as following:



These can be put into a cartesian plane with four quadrants, where the x-arrow portrays the structure, and the y-arrow portrays the process.
The negative sides of the arrows display the imaginary states, and the positive sides display the real states.

This results in the four quandrants being as following:





If we "weave" those thoughts further, we come to a concept of cosmic weaving. (pun intended)
